DRIVER TRAINING FOR THE PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED
At AAAA Driving School, we provide vehicles that are specially modified to suit the needs for the physically challenged. We utilize such devices as hand controls for gas/break, left side gas pedal, spin ball for the wheel and extended view mirrors. In order to evaluate the physical limitation, we have an initial two-hour evaluation course to fully understand what modifications will be right for you. Upon completing the evaluation, you will be assigned a professional instructor who will recommend a course of in-car lessons. We offer free pick up anywhere in Staten Island and most of Brooklyn.
We are affiliated with V.E.S.I.D. and we will help you obtain funding to ease the financial burden of getting your driver’s license. For those students who have a physical limitation, we have a 95% success rate in helping them obtain their license. It’s not a question of if, just a question of when. For permit holders who need to take a pre-licensing course required by New York State Department of Motor Vehicles prior to scheduling a road test appointment, we have a ground floor classroom facility at:
