6. Locate the form on your computer, and open the form.
Close all other software programs before you try to open the form. If the form does not open correctly, close Adobe Acrobat Reader®, and then close all other software programs on your computer. Try to open the form again. If the form does not open correctly, start your computer again and try to open the form.
Check which version of Adobe Acrobat Reader® you have on your computer. A new version of Adobe Acrobat Reader® can resolve many common problems. The newest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader® is free at the Adobe web site.
Check the settings on your browser. Make sure that your browser allows you to use Adobe Acrobat Reader®.
Internet Explorer: Use this sequence of menu commands: "VIEW (Or under TOOLS)| Options | Programs | Viewers | File Types". Make sure that the setting indicates that Adobe Acrobat Reader® is the program used to open PDF documents.
AOL and CompuServe users: Check the Preferences and your Internet settings. Make sure that the setting indicates that Adobe Acrobat Reader® is the program used to open PDF documents.
Contact the manufacturer of your printer and install the newest printer driver for your printer.
